2. Orders and Payments
- We accept payments exclusively through Stripe.
- Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or inventory issues. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship worldwide.
- Estimated delivery time: 10 business days on average, but may vary between 7-21 days, depending on product availability and destination country.
- Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in their country.
4. Returns and Refunds
- You may return unused and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be in original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
5. Warranty and Defective Products

- If a replacement is required, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item.

- We do not guarantee compatibility of accessories with all third-party projectors unless explicitly stated.
